It crashes and repeats a scene!

Sometimes that I'm watching a movie. it crashes and try to repeat the current scene again and again. So I should restart my system as it does not allow me to access my desktop! It's not also possible to kill it by Alt+F4 or Ctrl+Q

This won't be useful if the project revives. Provide some technical info about the problematic files, a sample if you can, whether it's always at the same point during playback, what output do do get from the debug, your system information, etc.
