Fix the 1st column (name) in SO and DO chooser components

The first column should be fixed in:

• Service offering chooser component (VM creation and SO change dialog in VM sidebar) #502 #859. Check that column is fixed with additional characteristics displayed.
• Disk offering (VM creation and Disk resize in Storage) #501
