Feature request to add support for esphome devices

I am truly grateful to the author for this wonderful effort, it helps me take full advantage of alexa echo device integration with my home automation projects be it be automating my media center commands or triggering custom shell script or commands on raspberry Pi.

It would be really great to add support for esphome devices
