Gove Heater H7133 Blank page in Homekit

Gove Heater H7133 in Auto mode shows as a blank page in Homekit when accessed.

• Which version of Homebridge/HOOBS do you have? Homebridge v1.7.0 ·

• Which platform do you run Homebridge/HOOBS on (e.g. Raspberry Pi/Windows/HOOBS Box)? Please also mention your version of Node.js/NPM if known. Docker and Node.js Version | v18.19.0

• Which version of this plugin (homebridge-govee) do you have? Has the issue started since upgrading from a previous version? v10.3.0, This is the same behaviour since I started using the plugin, not sure which version exactly.

• Which Govee devices do you have that are causing issues? Please include product models if applicable. H7133

Same issue here with a H7135 - something to note: If you touch the temperature in the tile, it will function as an on/off button for the unit. The heater will then obey settings that are determined by the Govee app - fan speed/tempature auto settings etc. When clicking on the open space of the tile, it does not include any of the HomeKit thermostat UI elements in the card.

Not sure if this is intended or not. It almost acts as if its trying to be a temperature sensor and a switch device in one card. In my setup, I am also presented with a light and fan element. They do not respond to any changes when clicked or when the unit is in operation. Included is a photo of my Homekit tiles when set as separate tiles.

Hi @networkneil can you try the beta version of the plugin? you may need to remove accessory from the homebridge cache as well.

So this release included a test fix that hasn't been confirmed as working by anyone, but please can you try to remove the accessory from the homebridge cache using the UI, then homebridge should restart, and then see if anything has improved?

Thanks for your efforts on this.

I uninstalled the plugin, restarted, removed all cached devices, restarted, reinstalled the plugin, setup as child bridge, added to Home app, but no temp adjustment - only light and fan.

Once installed, try force closing your home app and open again to see if any difference.

If that hasn't changed anything, then please try removing from the homebridge cache and then doing the same.

If anything starts working, let me know whether the cache reset was needed

Unfortunately not. Just did the full uninstall and remove chached devices, and reinstall. I get all the AWS error stuff that I posted before and this:

Same thing. I can join the Server but Server Rules is the only channel showing. I'm active in other servers so not sure what's up. I just tried with other links from Reddit and same result, it's like the server won't load.

Hey @bwp91 I am seeing a similar issue. I use the show as single tile option and it is only displaying the fan and light color options; no temperature dial. This used to happen on occasion, but today it is consistently broken. When this is the case, I can no longer turn on/off the heater or set the temperature. If I update it to separate tiles, I am able to toggle the heater via the separate tile, but when I click it, it is blank as reported above, so I cannot control the temperature.

Curious if there is any movement here? It appears that if the heater is set to Auto, it then becomes impossible to change the target temperature in HomeKit (blank info).
