state issues

Hi, sorry for a late response. It's a bit unclear, does state actually contain the member and it's just the outdated permissions, or state doesn't contain the member at all?
I'm not too sure because I don't really understand the issue very well looking further, I guess I didn't see #876 when I made this issue, which seems to be referring to the same thing as I am I don't want to test that other method though, because I am (in the next few days) going to switch away from that whole permissions system in general over to the new interactions and will use Interaction.Member.Permissions. this shouldn't have the issue, should it?
other people (such as Skippy) appear to be having the problem too, so they'll likely be more helpful than me if this is really a duplicate of #876 however, we can probably close this issue
