replace dropbox chooser

Request

with the new Dropbox API v2 we no longer have file type permissions. As consequence of this, chooser no longer filters files by accessible extension.

Dropbox recommends to perform this filter on the application level. Consequence of this, we have to replace chooser by a patch of by an implemnetation of our own.
