Tabs disappear on RTL interface

When the number of tabs is more then the windows height, the tabs starts to flicker and constantly disappear when opening and closing the pane:

I'm suspicious because everything is mirrored in your recording - are you using a different addon to get RTL configuration? Also any more details to help in reproducing this - like the OS you are using would be helpful.

When using Firefox with a RTL language like Persian, Arabic or Hebrew the interface will be mirrored automatically. I usually use the Simple Locale Switcher to keep my locale updated or switch to different locales easily since I'm a localizer for Persian language. But downloading an RTL locale (language codes: Fa for Persian, Ar for Arabic, he for Hebrew) will also work.

I'm using Firefox For Developers 53.0a2 (2017-03-05) on an ArchLinux system.
