Opening a new tab sometimes puts the tab in the wrong place (related to pinned tabs)

I'm not sure of the exact STR. Here's how I can do it repeatedly (today):

  • Set the "Reverse Tab Order" pref
  • Go to one of a pinned tab
  • Right-click a link from that website, select 'open in new tab'
  • Watch the tab open in the sidebar
  • Hover over the sidebar to select it

The tab moves to the bottom of the list when I hover over the sidebar

Firefox 52.0a2 (2016-11-28) (64-bit) (Mac OS X) Tab Center 1.28.0

This only just started happening so it seems to be related to yesterday's release

It also just happened when clicking a link from a pinned tab site that does target=_blank

Just wanted to refine a bit the issue. This only happens when you use the "Reverse Tab Order" option and you hover the newly opened tab of a pinned tab. It does not happen for normal tabs.
