Touch event registers in wrong spot after scrolling tabs

STR:

• Open more tabs than fit into the viewport
• Using touch, scroll list of tabs
• Touch on tab near bottom of list (that would normally be offscreen prior to scrolling)

ER:

• Touched tab is displayed

AR:

• Touch event seems to register on the tab that would have been in that position if the tab list was not scrolled
• Wrong tab is displayed
