Okay great, then to facilitate maintenance, I'll close this and then add a dependent style.
I updated the style previously titled "Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (Lietuvių kalba)" with the new dependent style. You can see that only one style shows if you search "Vilnius" on...
The most recent update of the style does say APA 7th edition
