audio input in AMY / Tulip for sampling and effects

AMY/Tulip supports audio input paths/chains, for effects or sampling to RAM/disk.

AMY could be extended to have audio effects that run in the render loop. Starting with chorus / reverb.

(This is done technically, in AMY, Tulip Desktop and Web, and AMYboard, but we are going to put a better API than just the AUDIO_IN0 oscillator on this!)
