Expanding this to make any UIScreen app support the TFB
done, UIScreen.keep_tfb will keep the TFB open. And `edit()` now opens as a UIScreen app, where you can switch between it and the REPL / other apps.

I'm noticing the Juno-6 checkboxes aren't blending properly. I'll look into this. I think it's a type of blend we didn't write code for.
A small note - if you're using the MaTouch7 as a Tulip, i recommend getting an SD card breakout (or something similar) and wiring it up for I2S (using IO11,12,13)....
We have a rev of Tulip from Makerfabs in hand. They really work fast and did great work. There are a few issues we'll need to fix / design another...
