Jott-cli should detect if a note exists or not

Hi,

first and foremost I want to say I love your tool. It is clean, low-footpront and looks really nice. I immediately spun up a self-hosted instance for myself :) Kudos to you!

A small thing I have been noticing: When you use the cli script to delete or access a note that doesn't exist, it will not notice it. Example:

❯ jott -d hello
Success! Note "hello" deleted
~❯ jott -d hello
Success! Note "hello" deleted
~❯ jott -d hello
Success! Note "hello" deleted
~❯ jott -d hello
^[[ASuccess! Note "hello" deleted
~❯ jott -d hello
^[[ASuccess! Note "hello" deleted

I don't have to time to suggest a pull request rn but I will just leave this here as reference (and it's a way to tell you how cool I think jott is haha).
