Add attack speed upgrade field

There is currently no way to get the attack speed upgrade status of a unit/weapon. Where does this go to begin with (unit or weapon)?

You get the attack speed of the weapon from the player for some reason. Okay then.

What's the ask exactly? Is this checking whether the player has upgraded a weapon's attack speed and returning a bool?
