ue4 4.19.2, Binaries for 'UnrealSandboxTerrain' plugin are or incompatible

For anyone that needs it, Since he didnt wanna help, i found a fix, just download https://github.com/bw2012/UE4VoxelTerrain and this then open it in unreal, it will ask to rebuild the .dll files click continue
