Issue: The installation of the Matlab runtime appears to fail.

Description: While trying to install MyAppInstaller_web.exe I am faced with the following error: Capture

Workaround: Manually install the Matlab runtime (9.3) from here: https://nl.mathworks.com/products/compiler/matlab-runtime.html

Currently, this is working. Maybe a temporary network issue?
