Documentation is a bit lacking

Right off the bat, I'd love to see the manpage listed online somewhere — I'm building an OCaml 4.03.0 OPAM switch as we speak, in an attempt to get OCaPIC to install; but it's far from ideal way to simply read the documentation and find out what OCaPic can do!

Similarly ('cuz this is the information I'm actually digging for), the README should probably include a list of supported microcontrollers, or some information about how to hunt down a compatible device …
