Uprint SE - Material Error / M1 Carrier invalid / remove caririer M1

Hi everyone,

I'm Guillaume from France. Few month ago i bought an Uprint SE for nothing in a college. I purchased it to use any ABS or Nylon filament and HIPS filament for support. i connected it perfectly make some test with original filament provided by seller.

After that i tried to refill with a serial cable. Support was about 30% and material 72%. i follow this video tutorial==> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_YLUCKgAaJk I tried first to refill support but i completely fail. I let comma (,) and not change to a period ( . ) see at 4:25 of the video and i didn't save the back up of it. Result, impossible to put as before i have an error message.

I put another "black chip" from support material and problem desapear, but now material indicate an error message when i put cartridge "Material Error / M1 Carrier invalid / remove caririer M1", i tried many thing to restore but nothing, and yet i didn't make anything to matrerial because it was at 72% full.

In "cartridge writer for uprint (plus)/se", i can use "read serial" see picture bellow:

And when i click on "Decrypt" i have an error message ==> Input not the right Form, Try again! Maybe the wrong Device is connected or the wrong Printer". Same thing happen if i select "uPrint/uPrint Plus"

I decide to find another "red chip" for material as i made with support material. I bought a another new filament that normally has be fullfil at 100% but when i put in the cartridge, same message "Material Error / M1 Carrier invalid / remove caririer M1" But compare to the other material filament i can "decrypt" only when i select "uPrint/uPrint Plus" but when i click on " write" nothing happen on the printer If i select u"Print SE" i have the same message as meterial before.

I'm completely stuck, i don't know what to do, maybe send me to another forum with exactely the same issue but please if someone can help me I will be very grateful. I'm not a developper expert so please be understanding =).
