Versioning reset?

We've had gist-embed on cdnjs for a while, and it has 2.x versions present: https://cdnjs.com/libraries/gist-embed

This was updating from an old GitHub repo that no longer exists: https://github.com/blairvanderhoof/gist-embed

I was looking to update the auto-update target to be this repository, but it looks like the versioning has been reset, which means cdnjs won't pull in new versions.

Hi! I’m no longer maintaining that old repository because that account was deleted. I’m now serving this repository with jsdelivr. Can we keep what’s on cdnjs so peoples websites don’t get affected? We can turn auto update off.

We won't ever remove or change existing assets on cdnjs, but it would be nice to be able to publish new versions for folks. cdnjs has far larger usage than jsdelivr.

I guess we have two options that'd allow that to work: either versions jump a major here so that they'll align with the old versions, or we can publish this updated repo under a new name on cdnjs. Which do you think makes the most sense?
