filter admission text funcion contain duplicate

Hi, I want to use the filter admission text function to have each category in a separate column. I want to apply this to the discharge summary of mimic-iv-note. However, when checking the filtered text I see that all the rest of the text is copied as well. So basically each column contain also the discharge information. Do you know how to avoid it/make sure the filtered text only contain the section selected? Like for example "medical history"?
