Currently the FOOTER env does nothing, there's no way to remove "Secured by SSO" or customize the login page without a recompile.

I think a -ui flag that points to a folder with templates that override the built in ones would be a nice thing to have. Happy to contribute a PR.

Expanding this to include the request from #93, for users to be able to specify error page templates as well.
