sso-auth: Add GitHub as auth provider

Hey!

I searched the issue tracker of this project but was not able to find an issue related to adding GitHub as an SSO provider. Is this being considered? Right now, we are using oauth2_proxy but experienced the same problems as you with multiple services.

Thanks for submitting this @hpurmann! While we don't currently have a need for or availability to add this functionality ourselves, it would definitely be useful and we'd happily accept a PR adding it.
