[Feature request] Enable Chord Builder for other tunings

Would be cool if the chordbuilder could read the currently set tuning instead of always defaulting to GCEA - some people out there might not be too familiar with the standard tuning (e.g. the bari players, living in a world of linear DGBE tuning)
