Sites like turntable.fm and plug.dj allow multiple users to join the same room. Inside the room, users can passively listen or join the dj "queue." So far, napster.fm seems to only allow two users to take turns playing songs.

Yeah, this would definitely be a pretty useful feature to have (and probably not that difficult to add); the closest way I could think to approximate this feature would be to have all the "DJs" sharing one account whose username and password are known to everyone (all sessions signed in to the same account are automatically synced), and then taking turns switching the song.

Obviously, there are a lot of problems with that (and it's completely missing both the queue structure and ability to contend for placement in it), but it would sort of get the general idea of what you're going for (I really need to make some more time to work on Napster.fm again, though I am always open to pull requests :).
