Fix SummerCart UDEV rules

Unfortunately, due to not knowing any better, the SummerCarts being sold on Phenom Mod had their manufacturer string changed to Polprzewodnikowy/Mena, resulting in the breaking of the UDEV rules for UNFLoader + sc64deployer.

It was recommended to remove the manufacturer string from the UDEV rule, but I would prefer to keep it and to deal with this edge case. Last thing I want is to cause headaches for users on Linux because some device they've plugged in is also called "SC64".
