Protocol: The command format is { 0xXX, 0xB7 } where XX is 00-09 for mode.

• 00 is off
• 00-08 are patterns
• 09 is manual control

In manual control mode, the control characteristic may be set to 00-FF to control the speed. 00 is off.

There's some form of handshake missing: restarting the device, this fails, but if the app connects first, this works.
