Add Mysteryvibe Crescendo documentation

Announcement of the Tenuto finally reminded me I need to do this. >.>

Add basic protocol documentation for the crescendo. Since the Tenuto has 6 motors also, could end up being similar to the Vorze SA "everything but a byte is the same" situation.
