Make Buttplug Error Codes more helpful

Back in buttplugio/buttplug#20 we at least implemented error codes. However, there's only 5 codes at the moment, and they're not super useful for helping developers figure out whether they can recover or not. The system can't really error in THAT may ways (like, 10s, maybe), so we should try to enumerate as many errors as we can to see if that's feasible.
