Add Vorze A10 Cyclone USB Dongle (Serial) Support

Add support for talking to the Vorze via serial ports, so it'll work with the USB dongle on Windows 7/8.

Not sure this is particularly worth it since the Cyclone+ now comes with bluetooth only, but I'll at least transfer to buttplug-rs.
