Implement dongle disconnection for Lovense dongles

Feature Description

If we disconnect a lovense dongle, it'll usually drop its channels and exit its read/write threads. We should detect this and go back to our waiting state in the state machine.

We now drop back to the waiting state, but we still need to implement subsequent dongle rescans on scanning requests.

Hell no. Now me is far more exhausted than past me. I am so done with any support on the lovense dongle. This is a case that almost never happens and I don't care about.
