feat: Expanding the device configs

All known devices (except the JoyCon) have been expanded as per the new configuration atrributes scheme.

This change adds FeatureOrder to the GenericMessageAttributes block and allows rxpressure as an endpoint name.

I had wanted to actually hook up the C# to the new config before PR'ing (otherwise this may as well have been in the device config repo), unfortunately I've run out of time before the holidays and I'm not sure I'll be able to hammer on it any more until January.

The PoC config loading was added somewhat by accident (I forgot PRs follow branches). The tests are very broken, but my testing with the Lovense Max 2 (the closest device to my chair) seems pretty successful.
