Allow users to make, share and install plugins ( extensions ) for butter.

Note: Not only providers!

It's there any advances / implementation on this? ^^

Maybe use npm packages butter-plugin-* and load it, but I'm not sure how to connect it ( provide some kind of api ) to interact with the app.
