Search with different options for Desktop vs Mobile:

• mobile should be URL-first as a priority
• desktop should be more generic

Search based on entry values:

• Fuzzy search on content
• Search all property values
• If targeting URLs, a search URL could be provided

Optional storage could be provided if some kind of login-memory is to be used.
