Faced the problem that not all possible queries are in the list of queries. Example - `"input[placeholder*=e-mail i]"` it would be cool if it was possible to add custom fields...

Hi, I know, small Czech republic, but it's large worldwide company. Their new client website (moje.axa.cz) not recognized by buttercup. Could you fix it please. Thanks.
Some angular forms break when using the current event-trigger mode of clicking buttons, such as with the AWS login page. Use `el.click()` instead.
How do you guys feel about "Confirm password" fields? I would love if they could be detected somehow, potentially as it's own type. I'd be happy to contribute the code...
