Some login forms, like Reddit's popup sign in, aren't recognised. Add a right-click entry menu to fill inputs when no bcup button appears.

The context menu is there in Chrome extension 2.24.1 but it says "No vaults available". Am I missing some permission or isn't this yet fully implemented?
