Is this project still mantained?
I haven't worked on it for a long time, mostly because there are still no other exchanges that offer a solid API for short selling. That's why Bitfinex is still a mandatory exchange.
But I'm interested in implementing Bitcoin Futures at some point. That'd be a very interesting arbitrage improvement.
@butor what about fixing some bugs?

Ever heard of WCEX.COM? They offer longs and shorts without any fees with API... would love to use Ur bot with Arbitrage between WCEX and Finex... ;)

Does anyone have experience with WCX? Here is their API doc and yes, margin trading is possible.
Meez™ trading on WCX since app. 2 months now and everything worked like a charm so far...
US based user here. I've been using Kraken and Liquid (aka. Quoine) for margin trading (not with Blackbird, obviously). Not sure about the availability outside the US or if they're both allowed in every state.
I should add that as a US user I can't use Bitfinex at all. Not sure about WCX although I'm going to go take a look at it now, but adding Kraken and Liquid would open Blackbird up for use by people in the US.
