doc: Listing out dependencies when installing from source on Ubuntu 18.04

This is another variation on the similar pull requests #283 , #305 It would be really helpful to have the dependencies listed out in the README in one way or another.

Is libncurses5-dev needed? I did sudo apt-get install gcc make gcc-avr avr-libc libelf-dev freeglut3 freeglut3-dev pkg-config on 18.04 LTS, and make all was successful. Including freeglut3 in my case is a bit redundant since freeglut3-dev will pull it in anyway, but I didn't see any mention of libncurses5-dev once all the dependencies were resolved, although it does seem it was already installed.
