MultiMarkdown 6 Support

Any chance we might see full support for MultiMarkdown 6 get added in the future? Most of the functionality already exists between existing grammars but there are some parts that I believe are still unique.

MMD doesn't seem to get as much attention in the development world but it's supported by a lot of popular Mac and iOS writing apps like Byword, iA Writer and MultiMarkdown Composer (naturally).

Full support? No, unfortunately not. There are some limitations in Atom that I can't reasonably work around. Setext headers for instance.

Improved support? Sure. If you create separate issues for features you think are missing, I'll have a look at the feasibility of supporting them.
