Combining multiple filters using MultipleCustomFilter object maybe?

Allowing people to create custom filters combined of other filters would allow for a bunch of creative filter combinations. I want to make a "deep fried" filter, which will consist of many different filters mashed together. Please add functionality for this, or if it already exists, add it to the wiki page! Thanks!
