FYI: as of #822 and https://github.com/cda-tum/mqt-syrec/pull/219 the Real parser now lives in the MQT SyReC Synthesizer project.

@lucasberent sorry for letting this sit for so long. could you please resolve the conflicts with `main` so that we can get this in?
@lucasberent just reviving this once more. CI is still all red here. So this PR definitely still needs a bit of work.
