Implement the new balance_after_mutation property on Payment objects

Display the value on the payment info screen and possibly add a balance history graph to the stats page

The balance_after_mutation value isn't available for mastercard-action events making it useless for the current setup :/ maybe the events will include this value but this can't be implemented for now
