Allow to search/filter Payments

Currently it is not possible to search or filter Payments. The advise is: "fetch all Payments and perform searching locally".

As the amount of Payments is increasing every month, this "local" searching gets slower and slower. Therefore I would like to request the ability to be able to search/filter Payments, to start with by description.
