[FEATURE] Whitelist/Ignore IPs for Bad Behavior/ModSec

What's needed and why?

I would like the possibility to add IP(s) to the Bad Behavior and ModSec which should be ignored for these plugins.

That way i can easily create anti lockout for safe ips.

Implementations ideas (optional)

Just a field in both configs where i can paste a single ip or a subnet which should be ignored.

Hi @SonNgo2211, The whitelist plugin makes it so that all security features are skipped.
