feat: add helm chart

Addition of a helm chart bunkerweb. This is based on the manifests provided by bunkerweb in the documentation. With the addition of a few features to suit my needs, including the creation of imagepullsecret and other points.

Beware, you'll need to update github action to generate the documentation automatically and release the helm chart and push it into a registry.
