Missing characters

In https://github.com/bunkat/pseudoloc/blob/master/pseudoloc.js#L18 in pseudoloc.table the character codes for M, m, V, v, X, x are missing. Could you please add them?

Do you have suggested character codes for those letters? They are missing because I didn't find any characters codes that looked similar enough so that the text would still be easily readable.

I can take a look, could you let me know from where you got the other character codes in that table? Is there a list or webpage that you looked through?

Anything with a value in the # column should work.
