Is there a way to enable panning after user taps or enable only pinching on mobile?

I'm using the svg-pan-zoom for a SVG map I created. All good, but on mobile, while the users scroll if it gets with the finger above the map the content of the map move.

Is there a way to disable single finger panning and only use pinch / both fingers to use the map?
