Change Detection Template - Cannot find required repo

When I try to run the Change Detection Template from "users/bullocke/coded/Templates/Change Detection Template" script in GEE with default settings I get the error message "Cannot find required repo: projects/GLANCE:ccdcUtilities/api". Could you please assist me on how I should proceed to make it work?
