bullshit job titles for everyone

To be a really serious organization, we need bullshit job titles for everyone. The idea is to put a job title under the name of each gitch via members.yml.

Update to this issue: we still need to show them somewhere!

I suggest under the genericons, but it could look weird if we don't all have one
