Numbered Lists not Working

This plugin is incredible and works very well, but for some reason it has stopped recognizing numbers for me. If I type 1. and hit enter, it no longer makes a 2. for me, and it used to. I'm not sure if this is the plugin or if I just changed something else by accident but it seemed worth a mention.

Does it work if you add a space after the period and some text before hitting enter?
