Training custom brisque model

can anyone please tell how can I train my own brisque model on a custom dataset? How can I generate new "allmodel" file?

You would need to do this in libsvm - which is where the model is originally generated. https://www.csie.ntu.edu.tw/~cjlin/libsvm/
